If you are a patient and have any questions about your treatment, care or beetroot forms or communication, please contact your healthcare provider directly. beetroot is a technology platform and does not provide clinical advice of any kind.


If you are a beetroot customer, we use this portal to streamline support requests and better serve you. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. 

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
